Welcome to Money Corner, the premier platform for buying, selling, and consigning PMG-graded banknotes and other numismatic collectibles. By using our website and participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Money Corner platform, including auctions, consignments, and direct sales.
1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, users accept these terms in full, without reservation.
1.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any updates.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Seller": Any individual or legal entity offering products for sale on the Platform.
2.2 "Consignee": A party consigning items to the Platform for sale.
2.3 "Buyer": Any party purchasing products through the Platform.
2.4 "Transaction": A successfully completed sale on the Platform.
2.5 "Product": Any item listed for sale or auction, including PMG-graded banknotes.
3. Registration and User Accounts
3.1 All users must register with accurate and current information.
3.2 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations or suspicious activity.
3.3 By registering, users agree to receive marketing and transactional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Selling and Consignment Conditions
4.1 Sellers and Consignors guarantee they are the legal owners of the items and that all items are authentic.
4.2 All consigned lots are final and will be listed in the next available auction.
4.3 Ownership of the consigned item remains with the seller until full payment is received.
4.4 The Platform reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove listings that do not meet quality or authenticity standards.
4.5 Sellers must provide accurate, high-quality images and honest descriptions.
4.6 The Platform is not liable for any misrepresentation by the seller; buyers must conduct their own due diligence.
4.7 Sales are binding and cancellations require Platform approval.
4.8 Consignees receive payment after the deduction of any agreed-upon commissions and applicable fees.
4.9 Sellers must comply with all applicable laws related to the sale and transfer of collectible currency.
4.10 As an official PMG dealer, Money Corner may assist in grading items for auction or personal collections via our PMG partners.
5. Payments and Commissions
5.1 All payments must be made through the approved methods listed below:
- 5.1.1 Bank Transfer: Requires an invoice request by email.
- 5.1.2 Credit Card: No additional fees apply.
- 5.1.3 PayPal and Cryptocurrency: Not accepted.
- 5.1.4 Buyers are responsible for any exchange rate or conversion fees.
5.2 A 15% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price ( no less then 5 € ).
5.3 In case of dispute, payments may be withheld until resolved.
5.4 Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5 business days of item return.
5.5 Payments to consignors are made in local currency unless otherwise requested.
5.6 Auction sales are conducted by ascending bids in Euro (€).
5.7 If a payment fails or is returned, lots will be held until full payment is received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping fees:
- Europe: €15 via FedEx
- Worldwide: €25 via FedEx
6.2 All orders are shipped after payment is received. PO Boxes are not accepted.
6.3 All shipments are insured at full purchase value.
6.4 Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
6.5 If customs delays or requests occur, the FedEx insurance policy will apply.
6.6 Returns are not accepted unless agreed in advance.
6.7 Unauthorized returns are subject to re-shipping and return handling charges.
7. Buying Conditions
7.1 All bids are binding. Buyers act on their own behalf.
7.2 Lots are awarded to the highest bidder.
7.3 A 15% buyer’s premium is applied to the final hammer price.
7.4 All auctions are conducted in Euro (€).
7.5 Minimum starting bids begin at €1
7.6 A “Live Bid” button will appear once the auction goes live.
7.7 Returns are only accepted upon prior written agreement.
7.8 Descriptions such as “TOP POP” are subject to change as grading records evolve.
7.9 PMG holders may show minor wear; this is not grounds for return.
7.10 Reserve prices, when applicable, are displayed during live auctions.
7.11 Buyers are responsible for customs duties and VAT in their country.
7.12 Orders ship after payment is received.
7.13 Payment must be completed within the stated deadline.
MAXIMUM 7 DAYS
7.14 Orders may be cancelled after two payment reminders.
7.15 Refresh your auction page regularly to maintain session continuity.
8. Liability and Disputes
8.1 The Platform is not liable for damages or losses from buyer-seller transactions.
8.2 Fraud or abuse will result in permanent account suspension and legal action if necessary.
8.3 Disputes will be mediated by the Platform. Unresolved cases will fall under the jurisdiction of Belgium
8.4 The auctioneer’s decisions are final before, during, and after auction events.
8.5 Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 We process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2 By using the Platform, users consent to the use of their data for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications.
10. Changes and Termination
10.1 Money Corner reserves the right to amend or terminate these terms at any time.
10.2 Users who do not agree with the updated terms must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
